Abby's Beauty Co policies are as follows: Any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the booked appointment will be charged at 50% of the price stated. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked appointment will be charged at 100% of the price stated. All no shows will be charged at 100%. Failure to adhere to these charges will result in any future appointments being cancelled and no further bookings will be taken until the balance is settled. Please attend all appointments alone unless agreed upon with myself.
